We offer various levels of planning services customized to each bride and groom. Services range from full service planning to getting started sessions.Our pricing is tailored to meet your needs and is based on services provided, size of wedding and location. Initial consultations with us are complimentary, so let us treat you to a cup coffee or a glass of champagne and we will talk about the details!

 

“Getting Started” Session

STARTING AT $1495

Just got engaged and feeling overwhelmed with what to do next? We can help you get started!

Initial planning session to give you tips and tools
Preparation of a realistic preliminary budget
Vendor research, referrals and availability – customized to client
Education on what planning a wedding entails and access to online planning software

 

“Full Service” Planning

STARTING AT $5495 and is 12% OF WEDDING BUDGET

Want to have someone else do the work of planning? We have you covered!

Includes the “Getting Started” Session
Includes the “Event Design & Styling” Package
Vendor research, referrals & availability
Tracking of budget and payment schedules
Advice on wedding etiquette
Vendor appointment scheduling
Attendance at vendor meetings
Includes “Month of/Day of” Coordination

“Day of/Month Of” Coordination

STARTING AT $2495

Have you done all the major planning and just want our help with the final details and logistics to make sure you have a beautiful and stress free day? We will take care of it! This service is a must for EVERY couple!

Organization meeting (ideally 4-6 weeks before wedding)
Venue walk-through
Vendor contract review to make sure nothing is missing
Wedding Day logistics and itinerary for vendors and bridal party
Confirmation with vendors prior to wedding
Conduct rehearsal
Set up all décor items of ceremony and reception sites
Contact person and supervisor of set-up for all other vendors
Instruct ushers of duties
Assist bride & maids with dressing
Organize processional line-up
Assist with transition to reception
Organize grand entrance
Act as liaison between all vendors during event
Keep reception running smoothly
Deliver final payment to vendors
Supervision of entire reception
Gather all keepsake items at end of reception
Orchestrate grand exit

 

Event Design & Styling Package

STARTING AT $1495 and can be added to “Month of/Day of” service

Need some help making that Pinterest board come to life? From the invitations to the linens to the flowers we can help you create a customized design for the big day that fits within your budget!

Initial design session
Onsite scouting and inspiration trip to your venue
Inspiration board complete with color palette, textures and patterns
Referral, communication and management of following vendors: Florist, Rentals & Decor (linens, chairs, furniture, etc) to ensure everything is cohesive
